Responsible for obtaining vital signs, reviewing medications and investigating chief complaints as patients check in for appointments.
Two years’ experience as a licensed practical nurse or certified/registered medical assistant is preferred

Possesses a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or is a certified or registered medical assistant.
Thorough knowledge of practical nursing theory

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process prescription refills as necessary
- Complete lab draws as requested
- Assist with triage calls as needed
- Assist other LPNs/CMAs working with providers as needed
- Correctly assesses patient’s vital signs, anthropometric measurements, and charts them accurately.
- Accurately dispenses and charts medications ordered by physicians and nurse practitioners
- Maintains confidentiality of all patient information
- Monitors medical supplies and stock medications, and makes note of supplies to be ordered
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Compensation: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
